こちらは1959年をフューチャーした「Vintage Custom」シリーズで現在の定価は¥726,000-となっております

ボディ材には厳選されたアルダー材を使用し、ネック材にはリフカット(追柾目)・メイプル、指板は勿論スラブ貼りのローズウッド材を使用した60年代の象徴的な仕様。ネックグリップは、1959 Esquireシェイプに仕上げられており、ローポジションは薄く、ハイポジションに行くにつれて太くなるFenderらしいグリップ感。指板ラディアスは、ビンテージでまれに見られた7.25R-9.5Rのコンパウンド・ラディアス仕上げ。フレットには、通常のビンテージサイズよりサイズ大きい47095サイズを採用。ネックグリップ、指板ラディアス、フレットサイズから非常に演奏性の優れたネックに仕上がっており、コンパウンドラディアスを採用することで通常の基準以上に弦高を低めにしたセッティングも対応可能でしょう。フレット高もあり、無駄な力なくフレットが押さえられ、レガートプレイにストレスがありません。

このシリーズの一番の特徴でもある「No Buff」NOS Flash Coat Lacquerフィニッシュはこれまでのカスタムショップでも見られないほど極薄のNOSフィニッシュ。木材の振動を防がない軟らかいフィニッシュに仕上げられたことで得られるサステインと暖かい音を生み出します。
シンクロナイズド・トレモロ、スペーサー入りのウイング・ストリングガイド、ビンテージ・クルーソンタイプペグ、3-plyミントグリーン・ピックガード＆プラスチックパーツを採用。金属パーツはCloset Classicフィニッシュを採用。
ピックアップには、ハンドワウンド(手巻き)で製作された"59シングルコイルを3基搭載。サウンドとしては、全体的にクリアで煌びやかな立ち上がりに空気感を感じる太さがあります。ピッキングニュアンスによるダイナミクス感など倍音豊かなサウンドを生み出しております。
